Please take a moment to review these rules.
Please remember that we are not responsible for any messages posted. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any content, and are not responsible for the contents of any message or toplist.
The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of this website. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by email. We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary.
You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this website to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violative of any law.
You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or by this website.
Common User Community Standard Agreement
Do not upload illegal files to our servers. This includes but is not limited to files that are the property of Jagex, FunOrb, RuneScape or any other trademarked entity of Jagex.
Use the market with fairness and respect for other peoples marketing, we guarantee that users can freely advertise on this website. To review someones ad poorly solely because you are the competition or you think their server sucks is not okay, you will be banned if caught doing so and we encourage server owners to submit reports about said reviews, they are sent straight to the admin and moderator control panels and we check them daily.
By using the help sections in any category, you agree to submit only truthful ratings on answers and questions. The system only works if everybody respects the rating system and uses it the right way, questions must have a descriptive content, you can't just ask "how to add combat to blank hyperion", etc, you need to include some code and maybe an error code and what you think is wrong and why you think that is the problem, etc.
By filing an application as to be a staff member in our community you must accept the following regulations:
RSPS-Community Staff Agreement
You agree that the best thing for this community is ambitious staff, our community relies heavily on its features and its features rely heavily on the staff members. You have a job to do, and we really need you now starting out more than ever. Staff who shows exceptional service will be rewarded in the community, and people who show that they are no longer interested and are not posting will be removed from their positions. If I witness someone else taking care of your sections more then your staff position could be revoked. If you served the community for an extended period of time you may receive a rank that reflects your contribution to the community.
You agree to always enforce the rules how they are, not how you want them to be. The rules are set very specifically from people with many years of experience. You are responsible for coming up with the rules in your section however.
You agree to maintain the knowledge bases if they are present in your section, this includes submitting content to a thread in the "Resources" and "Tutorials" sections of your respective category when users submit tutorials or resources that they want pinned in that thread, you need to display these with just a list of whatever you're adding with a bold title: and the link just like that so people can search the thread with CTRL + F and find exactly what they need, even if its in another community. This is a big part of the modernized features of the community.
You agree to monitor the help section and remove any postings that are unnecessary like duplicates or questions that should be in a request thread. If you wanted to be really nice you could copy and paste the question into a thread rather then deleting it but you cant move a question from the help section into the requests section
You agree to make sure members are doing what they're supposed to be and nothing more, if you see someone doing some weird shit maybe trying to use HTML code or maybe you don't know what they're doing? report it to the current webmaster.
You agree to follow all of the forum rules, you are not exempt from any of them. You aren't any more important to us than a regular member, you are here to do a job and you are volunteering to do that job. The respect you may gain from the community is up to you.
